Bain’s Cape Mountain Whisky – Green Label
The James Sedgwick Distillery was recognised with the prestigious Green Company of the Year award hosted by the BIG Awards for Business towards the end of 2019, and more recently awarded the world title of Sustainable Distillery of the Year at the 2020 Icons of Whisky Awards held annually by Whisky Magazine in London.
Bain’s Green label, is NOT a different blend, we are merely celebrating our recognition for sustainable efforts.
TASTING NOTES:
Aroma: Floral, banana, honey, toasted hazelnuts and toffee aromas unravel with wood, vanilla and spice.
Taste: Vanilla, cocoa butter and light spices from the casks lead to a warm mouthfeel and long, exceptionally smooth finish.
Pairing: Superb with spicy curries, smoked meats, salmon and sweet-chilli cashew nuts.
