   Andy threw me with this…my first foray into the peaty stuff. And it’s a gem! Local, expertly crafted, and the most important bit… DELICIOUS! I keep coming back for another bottle. I love that it is unique in its flavour profile too…not trying to be an Ardbeg or a Bowmore…and stands it’s hround in my collection. Great product!

   In a world where big distilleries are trying to make their whisky more approachable to the mass market, fewer are taking the risk to create integrity bottlings. However, on our very doorstep, the James Sedgwick Distillery does just that and this 10 year old is a fine example. It would drop a Scotsman’s kilt and call Nessie forth from the depths of the loch.

   Excellent whisky with unique taste bottled at 46.3% and not the standard 43%. This whisky is rich in taste and is a must for any proudly South African whisky collection.
